Deploy Formbricks on Railway

Create admin account and configure SMTP

Open your Formbricks URL, create your admin account. For confirmation emails to respondents, add SMTP credentials under Settings > Email (Postmark or any SMTP provider works).

Recreate your first form

In Formbricks: Surveys > New Survey > Link Survey (for standalone forms). Build your form with drag-and-drop, add conditional logic between steps, set redirect on completion, and connect webhook to n8n or your CRM.
